From here the trucks work Miami's northeast: Ojus and Highland Lakes, the Greynolds Park streets, California Club, and the neighborhoods threading toward the bay and Oleta River.
Northeast Miami is CBS-block housing stock at every age — original 1960s-70s doors on their third opener, 2000s builder packages aging out on schedule, and impact-door upgrades accelerating with every insurance renewal.
